Shipping Policy
1. Shipping options
We currently offer two shipping options for all deliveries: PostNL and DHL.
During checkout, you will see which services are available for your delivery address, as well as the applicable shipping rates and the estimated delivery time for each option.
If your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose DHL as your courier, the fee for the standard PostNL service will be deducted from the DHL rate and you will only pay the remaining surcharge.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination country and the weight  of your parcel.
The exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed during checkout after you select your delivery country and before you confirm your purchase.
Destination country: Each country has its own shipping rates based on distance and local delivery costs.
Package weight: Heavier parcels incur higher shipping fees because they require more resources to handle and transport.
For orders with a value of €100 (excluding VAT) or more, we offer free standard shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
For shipments outside the European Union, any applicable customs clearance fees, local VAT, and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and may be collected by the local customs authority in your country.
3. Processing times and delivery
Orders received on business days before 3:00 p.m. are usually processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, sale periods, or clearance events, processing times may be slightly longer and dispatch may be delayed by a few additional days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track or Trace link so you can follow the status of your shipment.
Please note that transit times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping service and may vary from the estimates shown at checkout.
4. Late or missing deliveries
If your parcel has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking information does not provide clarity or shows that the shipment has not progressed for several days, please contact us at support@zarbaaf.com and include your order number.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to determine the status and location of your package.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit or cannot be delivered, we will either:
- Resend your order at no additional shipping cost, or refund the purchase price, including any standard shipping costs you paid, depending on product availability and your preference.
We will keep you informed during the investigation and will process any refund or replacement as soon as the carrier confirms that the parcel cannot be delivered.
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with a solution.
